I traded it with a regular wired connector with someone else who does not use a cover and uses the laptop without being plugged in. So don't go for this is you plan to use a laptop cover. Additionally, if you use a cover to protect the back and bottom of the laptop, then the device might not fit properly as the bottom covers are edged around the side of the laptop and don't allow this device to be plugged in all the way. The device box says the C type connectors are not fit for charging the laptop.

However, it can be used only when you are not charging your computer so if you use a wired mouse or always have a usb device plugged in, you will have to take it out while charging. Full marks for matching style and being perfectly functional while looking quite cool. Matches the colour and the look of the laptop and is compact and sturdy. Looks and works exactly as mentioned in the description. The Product is perfect and does the work without causing any harm. If it heats up get a replacement untill you get a perfect product. So to conclude I would say there may be manufacturing defects So its better to check once you buy this product. So this made me clear that it was really defective as Grey one was working completely fine.Ĥ.I used almost all ports simultaneously and NO Heating Issues were seen or any problem in devices used. So it might be that Silver one had some defect.ģ.In silver one I also noticed when plugging two usb devices, my mouse was not working properly But when I got the Grey one.it did not Heat Up at all even when data transfering So this product can be Returned to get refund.Ģ.I noticed using silver one was heating a bit not much but a slight even when plugged in, So i tried to see whether it heats up on data transfer but it remained same. I got a Silver color by mistake so I returned it and got complete refund. So here are few things from my observation:ġ.
